Miami Young Adults Independence

Omar Babun is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Life Coach with a passion for helping young adults thrive in today’s complex world.

A graduate of Christopher Columbus High School, the University of Miami (Biomedical Engineering), and a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling, Omar combines a scientific understanding of human behavior with a heart for connection and growth.

His vision for Connect In Real Life began with a simple idea: real progress happens when we connect face-to-face, learn together, and build momentum toward independence and fulfillment.

Omar’s Approach: He creates a supportive environment that empowers young adults to take small, consistent steps toward a more confident and independent life. Sessions blend structure, compassion, and real-world learning.
